lot of the Club's members (especially the kids) practice martial
arts. I personally try to keep as fit as I possibly can, and a
healthy dose of nunchaku and arnis practice; with a dash of stretching,
kicking, blocking and striking reps help to keep us agile and
limber. It's good cardio and strength training, as well as an
effective and constructive outlet. Very holistic stuff. Who said
exercise was boring?
